AI Point of View项目以独特的视觉视角重新解读韩国与首尔，灵感源自对传统色彩与美学的现代再造。通过引入霓虹与赛博朋克风格，作品在视觉上极具沉浸感，展现了都市夜色的未来主义想象。Compound Collective团队采用超宽画幅和动态镜头语言，突破了传统AI视频的表现边界，为数字媒体中的视觉叙事带来全新可能。
该项目的核心创新在于将韩国传统元素与现代都市景观无缝融合。通过大胆的色彩运用、节奏感强烈的构图以及流畅的镜头运动，AI Point of View不仅提升了大屏幕展示的视觉冲击力，还拓展了AI驱动媒体艺术的创作空间。超宽格式（3840 x 1392像素）设计，远超常规电影标准，极大增强了沉浸式叙事的表现力。
在技术实现方面，团队采用Stable Diffusion Deforum、ComfyUI与Runway Gen2等前沿AI工具，结合潜在扩散模型（Latent Diffusion Models）实现文本到图像及图像到视频的转换。帧插值技术确保了画面运动的流畅性，Topaz AI与Magnific则提升了分辨率与细节表现。由专业音乐制作人定制的音轨与画面高度同步，呈现出完整的视听体验。
AI Point of View不仅是一部数字动画，更是一场AI生成视角下的首尔夜行。画面在抽象与写实之间自由切换，多重AI模型的叠加赋予作品丰富的层次感。无论是在大型数字屏幕还是在线平台，观众都能获得沉浸式的互动体验。项目自2023年12月在首尔启动，历时两月余，经过大量AI视觉实验与优化，于2024年3月正式发布。
该项目在A'设计奖中荣获2025年电影、视频与动画设计银奖，彰显了其在技术与艺术创新上的卓越成就。AI Point of View不仅突破了AI动画的一致性难题，还通过3D运动设计与AI视频处理的结合，克服了镜头稳定性与文化表达的挑战。其研究成果为数字设计行业带来启示，推动了AI在视觉艺术领域的深度应用。
